A. JEWELRY CARE 

TO MAINTAIN THE ORIGINAL APPEARANCE OF THE  PRODUCTS WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU TREAT EACH PIECE WITH CARE AND FOLLOW THE BELOW INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. NO EXCESSIVE SUNLIGHT EXPOSURE

2. AVOID HAND/BODY LOTIONS, PERFUME

3. AVOID WASHING HANDS WITH JEWELRY ON

4. AVOID BATHING WITH JEWELRY ON

5. LIMIT ROUGH SURFACE THAT COULD SCRATCH THE JEWELRY

6. THE JEWELRY CAN TARNISH ON FINGERS CREATING A GREEN MARK. THIS IS DUE TO THE SWEAT AND ACIDITY OF THE SKIN. IT IS NORMAL AND DEPENDS ON COMPLEXION OF SKIN. 


B. RETURNS

1. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN A PERIOD OF3 DAYS AFTER THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN RECEIVED (THEREFORE SIGNED FOR). 

IT HAS TO BE UNWORN AND RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE INCLUDING THE LEATHER POUCH. IF THERE IS EVIDENCE THAT THE PIECE HAS BEEN WORN TO A DEGREE THAT IS DECREASES THE VALUE OF THE ITEM, THE CUSTOMER LOOSES HIS RIGHT TO PERFORM A RETURN AND THE PIECE WILL BE SENT BACK. 

2. RETURNS MUST BE ANNOUNCED ON THE FORM LOCATED ON THE CONTACT PAGE OF THE SITE.

PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED TO: TAMARA AKCAY , 152 RUE DE PARIS, 93100 MONTREUIL FRANCE 

3. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE SHIPPING.

4. WE ONLY REFUND CREDIT CARDS THAT WERE USED TO PLACE THE ORDER. 


C. EXCHANGE

1. EXCHANGES ARE FREE IF THE CUSTOMER WANTS ANOTHER SIZE OR PRODUCT/STYLE: CUSTOMER PAYS FOR SHIPPING TO THE OFFICE AND WE PAY FOR SHIPPING BACK TO THE CUSTOMER.

2. FOR MORE THAN ONE EXCHANGE, THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR ALL SHIPPING FEES. 


D. REPAIRS

1. TO HAVE AN ITEM REPAIRED THE CUSTOMER HAS TO SEND AN EMAIL VIA THE FORM LOCATED ON THE CONTACT PAGE OF THE SITE WITH AN IMAGE OF THE PART OF THE PRODUCT HE /SHE WANTS TO HAVE REPAIRED.

WE WILL PROVIDE AN ESTIMATE WHICH WILL HAVE TO ACCEPTED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE HE/SHE RETURNS IT FOR REPAIR. REPAIR FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE RELEASE OF THE REPAIRED PRODUCT. 

3. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE SHIPPING BACK AND FORTH.
